1. Acceptance of terms
By using Comerio at comerio.app (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the website and app.
2. What Comerio does
Comerio is a menu analysis service. It analyses photos of restaurant menus and generates recommendations for what to order. Recommendations are generated by an AI model and are intended as helpful suggestions only — they do not constitute professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use Comerio only for its intended purpose — getting menu recommendations when dining out. You must not:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
4. Accuracy of recommendations
Comerio's recommendations are generated by AI and may contain errors. The Service does not guarantee that recommendations are accurate, complete, up-to-date, or appropriate for your specific dietary needs or health conditions. Always verify dietary information directly with the restaurant, particularly if you have severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions.
5. Intellectual property
All content on comerio.app — including the interface, brand, copy, and generated outputs — is owned by or licensed to Comerio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Menu images you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant Comerio a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating recommendations during your session.
6. Limitation of liability
Comerio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to ordering the wrong dish, adverse reactions to food, or losses arising from reliance on recommendations.
7. Service availability
We do not guarantee that Comerio will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or unavailability.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of Comerio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Comerio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
